In its current form, the Environmental Justice Existing Conditions Report is incomplete, and only represents a superficial understanding of issues related to environmental justice across Chico within the scope of Senate Bill 1000. Local knowledge, contributed by stakeholders and community members, is essential in bringing this guiding document to completion.

In its final form, the Environmental Justice Existing Conditions Report will not only provide context for the whole City, but also identify areas most in need of improvements to rectify environmental inequalities and injustices.
