Building Division
The Building Division is responsible for activities related to the construction, remodeling, and demolition of buildings and structures.
By reviewing building permit applications, issuing building and related permits, checking plans, and inspecting buildings and properties, the Division can ensure compliance with applicable codes and ordinances. The Division is responsible for enforcing all applicable building, mechanical, energy, accessibility, plumbing, electrical and housing codes and laws adopted by the City and State to ensure a safe and habitable building environment.
WE ARE GOING PAPERLESS! The Building Division is pleased to inform you that starting July 1st, 2024 we will no longer be accepting paper applications, plans or documents. In addition, all plan check correspondence will be distributed via email. This positive change will ensure everyone is informed quickly and contribute to the preservation of our local environment. Thank you for your continued support!

Your patience as we work to correct the problem is greatly appreciated. Meanwhile, please use your dashboard to track your application status and a notification will be sent to you when your application payment is ready to be received.
