The City of Chico Council is comprised of seven members each elected by district.  The upcoming November 5, 2024 Election will be for the selection of four (4) members of the City Council to serve four-year terms of office in Districts 1, 3, 5, and 7. 

 

Candidates must be 21 years of age, reside in the City of Chico and be registered to vote in the District being considered during the election. (California Elections Code Section 201)

 

The nomination process will run from July 15, 2024 through August 9, 2024.
