City to begin billing for sewer service through Util360
Effective July 1, 2023, the City of Chico will begin billing for sewer service through Util360. Chico residents who are on Cal Water and City of Chico sewer will get two separate bills - one from Cal Water for water services, and one from the City of Chico through Util360 for sewer service. The first bills will be mailed July 28th.
Your sewer bill will be sent to the same contact that pays the Cal Water bill. When you update your billing contact information with Cal Water, it will automatically update your sewer billing contact as well.
