Pre-Application Neighborhood Meetings
The pre-application neighborhood meeting requirement became effective March 19, 2008 and applies to all projects on residentially zoned property, or on property located adjacent to residentiall zoned property which require a discretionary permit issued by the Planning Commission or City Council.
