CITY GENERAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT HERE TO HELP
The City of Chico General Services Department is responsible for many parts of the City Public Right-of-Way infrastructure including potential hazards in the public right-of-way (potholes, sidewalk tripping hazards, storm drain or sewer problems, vegetation blocking line of sight, traffic signals, damaged traffic signs, city street trees, landscaping and irrigation in the right of way, debris in the roadway, etc.).
We are requesting that citizens contact the City if any of these items are observed. Our goal is to respond to all requests within one business day of reporting. Public safety hazards, (including large potholes) will receive top priority.
