Trading Cards
City of Chico 9-1-1 Safety PALS "Stranded on Safety Island" trading cards are available at Fire Station 1 during regular office hours. You may call the Administrative Office at 897-3400.
The personnel pictured on the card are from Chico Fire Department, Chico Police Department, Chico Parks Department, and City Information Services. The theme of the card "Safety is No Accident" makes these points:
- Never go near the water without a life jacket.
- Practice home escape plans.
- Never leave the trail and stay together.
- Smoke detectors save lives!
- Never talk to strangers on the internet.
