Construction

Construction Inspection provides construction management and inspection for various types of projects: Capital Improvement Program, subdivision, special improvement districts and encroachment permits. Additionally, this section provides surveying services for the design and construction of City projects, maintains vertical and horizontal control monuments throughout the City, and prepares and/or reviews maps and legal descriptions for all property related processes.
