Any Load traveling within the City of Chico Right-of-Way that exceeds the limits specified in the California Vehicle Code "Division 15. SIZE, WEIGHT, AND LOAD", and also under "Chico Municipal Code Title 10", may be required to apply for an Oversized Load Permit.
