Administrative Support is provided by an Administrative Analyst and a Fire Permit Technician.

The Administrative Analyst provides budget, data, and analytical support to the Chief Officers. The AA prepares specialized reports, organizes statistical data, tracks out of county incidents, and manages grants and agreements. The Analyst assists in the coordination of all department approved training and purchasing, is responsible for accounts payable/receivable, payroll and records management, and provides a wide variety of support not only to the Chief Officers, but to all Fire Department personnel.

The Fire Permit Technician provides support to Community Risk Reduction staff, issues UFC permits, schedules inspections, manages billing and fees, assists with one-time specific projects, provides staff with clerical assistance, and is the first point of contact for the Fire Department at the public counter.
